From the makers of Hack Job and I Spill Your Guts! Rich and Benny have always had trouble with the ladies, until they befriend a demon named Az. It’s a non-stop party until a killer, soul eating beast leaps through an open portal from the underworld and starts terrorizing their city. Now it’s up to Az and the boys to send the creature back to the depths of Hades where it came from, all the while looking good and doing it Cool As Hell in this horror comedy. Featuring a killer punk, hardcore and metal soundtrack and appearances from genre favorites Tom Savini and Frank Mullen as well as Andrew WK, the Meatmen and more!

James Balsamo movies are a bit of an acquired taste and this one is no different. But I can say that I did enjoy this one much more than I have his other films I have seen. Before we talk about what makes it watchable, let me tell you some of the lesser qualities of it. The film packs such names as Tom Savini, Raven, and Tommy Dreamer. The thing is these people make small cameos that were probably filmed at a convention somewhere and inserted in. While this at least gives the claim of them being in the movie, it adds nothing overall and does drag things out and this movie did need a little cutting because it does drag in spots. But the dragging and useless cameos are the only real negatives this movie has.

The rest of the movie is actually a lot of fun. All actors play their characters perfectly and we have some hilarious characters like the over protective bossy boyfriend of our lead actress. We also have a pretty near perfect comedic combo in our lead characters Rich and Benny. The blood is a little light, but we do have gore and overall have a pretty interesting plot. There are of course flaws anyone could pick out of this film if they wanted to nitpick, but anyone looking for just a fun time that can ignore any flaws should be satisfied with this one.
